After attending their committee meeting we could see that Balham needed to increase their profile in the local area, an area we could help. So we dedicated our skills to help relieve some of those worries meaning the committee could get back to doing what they love at the club.

"We have seen a huge increase in engagement of the monthly newsletter with numbers doubling, over 5k views on the new website in 3months. Videos placed on Balham’s twitter have reached 10.5k views and 38k impressions. It's quite amazing."

We launched a brand new matchday programme design that builds ties with local artists as we ask them to design the front cover, we have been inundated with entries from outside of our usual audience meaning every home game celebrates a new artist and every cover being different so far this season.

We completely redesigned and renewed balhamfc.com website, saving us £1000s compared to what we were paying for. We redesigned the monthly newsletter that has seen engagement and open rates hit 58.2%!

We have helped to establish our social media following on twitter and instagram to be over 1500 with great engagement rates. They have also helped us with some great fundraising ideas.

We are looking forward to the launch of a membership/loyalty card scheme with local businesses that encourages our members to shop with local business in Balham in return for a promo offer which is launching later this season.
